I used the "Will this work with my printer?" tool. I have an HP PSC 1610. Since it told me that "Yes!" their 5-pack combination would work with my printer, I ordered HP 98 and 95. My printer rejected the black ink cartridge, telling me that it was not compatible. So do your research elsewhere before trusting the "Will this work" tool. Other than that, Sophia Global's customer service was great, especially when I wanted to return the cartridges.

I purchased the 5 pack, 3 black- 2 color, the black seem to be all right but the first color cartridge quit working after 2 pages with very little actual use.The second color cartridge is installed now,wish me luck.

I purchased 5 in cartridges. Upon receiving them, I loaded two of them immediately. At first they seemed to be working fine. But just a few days later, the color cartridge was out of ink... I had only printed 10 pages by then... 8 of which required black only. I swapped out cartridges..Putting in the other color. Couple days later when I went to print a black ink document. The error message appeared again. So then I had to go out and purchase new cartridges. You guessed it, NOT ONE ERROR MESSAGE!!! I am extremely disappointed. I e-mailed the company, but of course no response!
