Easy order and pay on Amazon, good communication on status and tracking, shipped promptly and arrived well packaged, included instructions and performed flawlessly when installed. Longevity not yet measured.

I do not use this for printing pictures. I printed one document in regular mode, and it looked like the black was really running bad, but it does work in draft mode, and it was way less expensive than the alternative namebrand stuff. Thanks,

Quite a relief to find decent quality cartridges for my printer that don't end up costing more than the printer itself to replace. At a time when most of us have to be counting our pennies, this is a definite plus.

I have been stung with similiar in the past....ie little ink in the cartridge.
