I'm delighted to find an inexpensive alternative to the predatory prices that OEM's charge for their printer cartridges. These are reasonably priced and they work great!

Color is good, black is good, installation was same as for any ink cartridge purchased from Dell. Although it says 'Dell', it also says 'compatible' and 'remanufactured.' Because of these last 2 words, the computer does not recognize it as a true Dell product, so I still have the low ink warning showing up. I guess the computer only reads actual Dell cartridges. Just caution...don't be in the middle of a big project and be caught low on ink.
br /Other than that, this Amazon purchase arrived properly packeged in an acceptable timeframe.

My Dell all in one printer gave me constant problems with these cartidges! I did what was instructed to by pass the out of ink warnings and got some stuff to print, but then the printer started refusing to align..error message was not going away no matter what I did and I could not print anything. I had to purchase original cartridges and then all was well again! I was praying the recycled ones would work because of the incredibly low prices! But my printer is not having it!

I received the package yesterday, we inserted both ink cartridges in the printer and they do not work. The color ink gives a message that it is incorrect and the black ink does not have ink in it or it just does not work. I called customer service and they are only open Monday-Friday. I will let you know what the end result of this is.
