I suggest that we buy toner and drum with the brand of the printer.It works better.That's why I got this one.And it's much more cheaper than any entity shop.

The product came well packaged and in good condition after a few weeks of printing, the pages now print with a black smear down the center. From what I read, this type of error is generally caused from the toner/drum.

I'd give the product zero stars, but that's not an option. My printer didn't recognize the cartridge and print command timed out. At least the company was nice enough to send me a return shipping label, though their restocking fee took a big bite out of my refund. I cannot recommend this to anyone: just pay more, and buy an hp cartridge.
