I was hesitant to order ink online, but these cartridges arrived in perfect condition, got here fast, and they are working fine after several weeks of use in home office. It was difficult to find out what is the right cartridge for my unit (MFC-295CN). Every website/store said it was discontinued or never existed, and could not tell me what cartridge to use. Funny, since I had just bought it brand new. Finally went to Brother website for the item code, and Amazon had the best price with shipping.
