Great buy! Why pay $150+ when you can pay under $30? I've been using the product for two weeks now and I am totally satisfied. Since this is the first time trying this product I'm not sure how long the cartridge will last compared to the more expensive ones, but I'm assuming that it will have the same life. Not only am I satisfied with the product, but I was very pleased with the speedy delivery. PS - I just bought my 2nd cartridge through the same place. Observations about 1st purchase (6 months later) is that the cartridge last 6 mos. instead of 1 year, however, it is still a great deal. I highly recommend this product!

br /This is my third toner cartridge from TonerPals. I'm sure I get at least 5,000 - 6,000 copies from one toner cartridge using my Canon ImageClass D761 digital copier and printer.

br /The price I paid from TonerPals is a great bargain considering I only paid $24.19 for the replacement cartridge. Shipping was only $5.75. Compared to retail at more than $150 for a new cartridge, it's a no-brainer.

The toner is very good for black and white copying, but grey tone is only so. so. At less than half of the price of a genuine Canon toner cartridge, I suppose that is all you can expect. I would recommend it for everyday use for sure. The vendor, databazaar, offers good price and fast shipping.

Back in January, I purchased this replacement cartridge for my copier and thought that I had done a good bit of price shopping. I received the item as promised but it didn't work as promised. I got about 5 copies out when it all of a sudden went completely gray on the rest of the copies. I unplugged the machine hoping that it would reset itself, thinking maybe it was the machine. I let it sit for 10 minutes and then started it back up. Same thing except I got just one good copy this time then grays. So I shut it down for a whole day, and then started it back up, this time I got not a single good copy but all grays. The first time it happened I also called the company service number provided and got, of course - no one. I waited for about a week for someone to call back, got fed up and then called them again during business hours of course. They couldn't get anyone to talk with me and said that I could email or write a letter and mail it. Then someone would get back to me. I finally relented and gave them contact info and got a call back hours later at a time when I really couldn't talk.

br /Moral of the story - I wouldn't buy from this company ever again. Horrible customer service and products that don't perform as promised.
