I ordered the 3 pack. After opening the first box realized that I ordered the wrong one. Tory Sparkman @ DPS called me after I received the cartridges to find out how they were. I told her I ordered the wrong ones. She said, no problem ship them back and we will credit your account. That's what I call excellent customer service.

These cartriges were shipped very quickly, arrived much faster than expected, and shipping was extremely reasonable. We only purchase the black but we will definitely be getting the color cartriges also.

br /Initially when I installed the cartriges I did not get the usual "Genuine HP Cartrige!" message, but I did received some minor error message - so minor in fact that I pushed the "cancel" button and once the printer started it worked flawlessly and I never again thought about what it may have said. It was truly so insignificant that for the value and incredible savings of these cartriges it was little more than a fleeting thought.

br /We have been using the first cartrige (out of the three purchaed) now for 1-2 months and have not noticed any difference whatsoever between these catriges and originals from HP and we print a lot (and often).

br /We haven't experienced any problems at all and we will continue to purchase these (and the color cartriges as well), as long as they're available.

Great value. I've used only the first cartridge so far. Even if the remaining
br /cartridges don't perform it's still a good value.
