This is the first time for me to use a generic catridge. In a nutshell, I give 10 points out of 10. I see almost no difference between the HP original catridge and this one. The delivery was fast enough without any extra payment. I already recommended this item to my friends.

I was leery of buying a generic. The print quality has been good, and we've gotten as much out of them as the expensive brand-name cartridges. We've been happy with this cartridge.

This one works well, is priced right and service is great. Since ordering these through Amazon I've used other LD products and they always have performed perfectly.

I have been using this product for so time for my business. I have found the print quality to be very good, and the number of prints per cartridge to be at least as good as the factory cartridge. Including shipping, the cost is at least 1/2 that of buying a new HP cartridge at Office Depot.

If you're looking for a problem free cartridge, this was it for me. Printed the first page with no problems and it continues to work without any issues at all. Highly recommended.
